Zev Swiller, LCSW

Zev is a graduate of Syracuse University, where he earned his BA in Political Science, and the University of Southern California’s Masters of Social Work program. Zev earned his teaching credential from Cal State Dominguez Hills, and was an elementary school teacher for the Compton Unified School District for ten years prior to becoming a social worker. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Group Psychotherapy Association of Los Angeles (GPALA), where he serves as the Curriculum Chair. 


Zev’s current work is informed through his experience developing and facilitating therapeutic programs in several settings, including in a forensic psychiatric hospital, in-patient psychiatric hospitals, partial-hospitalization programs, as well as child & family mental health settings. Zev has also held a position as an Oncology Social Worker at a cancer center in New York where he developed the center’s support and wellness program for patients and caregivers.

Zev is dedicated to improving the lives of others via utilization of ketamine and other psychedelics which show promise in the management of general mental health issues and severe post-traumatic stress disorder. Zev enjoys living close to the water and can frequently be seen riding his bike, boogie boarding and digging for sand crabs with his wife and young son.
